Company drivers, owner operators, and lease-to-own drivers are all important to our company performance. Our Company Drivers make up 80% of our fleet and just because they don’t own the truck doesn’t mean they don’t act like they do. Owner Operators who own their trucks are critical business partners that help us meet the goals of our customers and our company. Lease-to-own drivers are the best of both worlds, a company driver who seeks the pride that comes with ownership. All together we are a team of people with unique needs and goals working toward a single objective of serving our customers safely and professionally.
