• Starting pay for company drivers is $0.62 per mile and $1.21 per mile for owner operators which includes safety pay for performance. New drivers are given credit for their experience.
• Drivers are eligible for pay increases based upon performance.
• New drivers can be eligible for an Experience Bonus in which they receive credit for their exemplary driving record and exemplary driving experience.
• All drivers qualify for a safety and productivity bonus. Drivers receive an additional up to $0.06 per mile for each bonus. To qualify for the safety bonus, drivers need to drive without incident or accident, and for the productivity bonus, they drive a minimum average of 10,000 miles per month.
• Drivers are paid weekly.
